January Energy Overview

Happy January 2016!!

This month is all about taking care of business. With the sun in Capricorn and Mercury in retrograde, the Universe is urging us to get our heads out of the clouds and our affairs in order...and the cards certainly seem to agree! The Sword was the most common element and the King was the most common court card. This signifies the iconic businessman who has a decisive, logic-based approach. The Emperor and Temperance were the most common major arcana which underscore the need for pragmatism, prudence, and moderation. The overall most common card was the 3 of Wands which indicates that we need to carefully investigate our options with an eye to long-term sustainability before committing. Many of the readings seem to center around long-term financial stability while a lesser theme has to do with the long-term viability of our relationships. It's a good time to objectively evaluate whether or not certain people are supporting your overall balance and well-being.
