A satisfying outcome may not be in the cards, so if you make it a requirement for your personal sense of closure, you could be waiting forever! Don't miss an opportunity knocking at your door because you are too busy waiting for a fair resolution or "closure" that may never come.

The advice is to take a gamble and seize an opportunity even though you are uneasy about not having a lot of clarity about how it will all work out. The point of making a decision to move in a new direction may have nothing to do with the new direction and everything to do with moving away from your current situation. This will give you the distance necessary to resolve any residual negative emotions about your past and give you some clarity about where it is you ultimately want to go.
