February Energy for Libra

Dear Libra,

This is an emotional month. You are typically pretty responsible and aware of others' needs so you may have felt the burden of holding everything together for the benefit of the whole. That's no longer working for you. You are feeling pretty raw and vulnerable and perhaps a bit defensive. You want something to change in a pretty dramatic way...maybe you want to move or change jobs, or end a relationship. Whatever it is has been on your mind for a while.

The advice is to recognize that because you have ignored this growing dissatisfaction for so long, your emotions may be more extreme than the present reality calls for. Try to regain some objectivity and meditate on your situation before doing something you might regret. This will be difficult because there are a lot of repressed emotions bubbling to the surface and soon the dam might give way. By the end of the month, a relationship might be a little rockier and both parties may be experiencing a sense of injustice. Some uncomfortable truths need to be told, but in the long run, this is always preferable to telling comfortable lies.
