Venus and Mercury in Libra have a tendency to seek superficial peace. To that end, they can fall into the habit of telling people what they want to hear. The result is that our inner peace is sacrificed for the sake of the illusion of outer peace. Saturn isn't having it. It has just emerged from a long period of deep contemplation and is now looking to rebuild new structures with longevity in mind. Pretty lies never withstand the test of time.
